In today’s Gospel Jesus calls the Disciples and they follow him (Luke 5:1-11), let us contemplate on that message and think of how we follow Jesus and encourage others to do the same, to become disciples of our time.
Almighty God,
We come to you today with all our heart.
We ask you to be with us
and guide our minds.
Let us be joyful in the good things we have,
and let us put aside all the things that
do not please you.
Guide us in our following of you.
We ask this through Christ, your Son, our Lord.
Amen.
